Lawyer License No. 1632/2557
Notarial Services Attorney registration number 8783/2560

Work Experience
Noon graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at Chiang Mai University in 2012. Shortly after graduation, she began her legal career at Law Office as a law clerk. In this role, she was responsible for drafting complaints, petitions, and contracts, as well as communicating with both government and private organizations. Given that the firm had only one lawyer, she frequently acted on the lawyer’s behalf in court, gaining hands-on experience early in her career. In 2014, she obtained her official lawyer's license and began representing clients independently. Her first case involved a drug offense, and from 2012 to 2017, she handled a broad range of criminal cases, particularly drug-related offenses. This work gave her a strong foundation in Thailand’s criminal justice system, including procedures at the police investigation stage, public prosecutor proceedings, and bail applications. In 2016, Noon expanded her service by acting as a court-appointed pro bono lawyer, representing clients in criminal matters such as theft, fraud, and property disputes. She also began working with the Ministry of Justice, offering free legal assistance to the public, collaborating with legal officers and government officials to improve access to justice. At the end of 2017, she joined Law Firm in Chiang Mai. There, she began working closely with foreign clients and legal professionals from the United States and Australia. Her work involved a wide range of civil and family law matters, including contract breaches, inheritance disputes, and divorce cases. She also drafted legal documents such as wills, sale agreements, and property registration filings. In cross-border matters, she conducted legal research on international law and conflict of law issues, applying foreign legal principles when needed. Noon obtained her Notarial Services Attorney certification in 2017 and has since provided notarial services for clients requiring document authentication. Her work with foreign clients has allowed her to continuously develop her English communication skills, which are now at a strong professional level. Throughout her career, Noon has also handled a variety of other cases, including disputes involving condominium juristic persons, insurance claims, enforcement of judgments, administrative matters, and even military court cases. With more than a decade of experience, she brings a deep understanding of Thai law and a practical, client-focused approach to every case she handles.
